What’s on Tuesday Program

“What’s on Tuesday” is an after school activities program voluntarily facilitated by college staff each Tuesday afternoon from 3.10-4.10pm. Activities such as Homework Club, Kids in the Kitchen, Math’s Zone, soccer, fitness and boxercise may be offered. The WOT schedule for the term is published on Compass and in the college newsletter. Students wishing to take part in an activity must have permission from their parents/caregivers. Consent may be given online through Compass.

Sporting and Recreational

The college participates in the Metropolitan Catholic Colleges sporting competition, as well as the NSW Combined Catholic Colleges competitions. The college holds annual swimming and athletics carnivals. Internal sport is held weekly on a Thursday afternoon where students have the choice of a number of activities such as cricket, tennis, gym, table tennis, soccer, beach soccer and basketball.

Representative Honours

Marist College Kogarah has been a member of the Metropolitan Catholic Colleges sporting competition since its inception. Conducted on a Thursday afternoon, it includes rugby league, cricket, basketball, touch football and tennis. The college also competes in Metropolitan Catholic Colleges one day competitions in volleyball, golf and squash, swimming, cross country and athletics championships.
